Description

This roof was leaking in several areas, affecting offices below. The building had previously been capped with a second roof, but workmanship issues in that installation caused system failures. With a legal third layer of roofing, we encapsulated the existing system- no tear- off required- and provided a 20 year manufacturer warranty. This project highlights the efficiency and cost savings of our legal third layer roofing approach.
