Description

This building had multiple aged roof sections in varying condition. Given the extensive rooftop equipment and limited budget, coating was the most practical choice. We applied 1" of polyurethane spray foam for a smooth substrate, then installed a silicone coating system. The garage system, however, had severe leaks and a compromised wooden deck, requiring a complete tear-off and re-decking with 3/4" plywood, followed by the same foam and silicone system to match the rest of the building's 20-year warranty. This illustrates our commitment to honest roof evaluations- we coat what is viable and replace what is not.
