Description

This roof was heavily aged and patched over years of repairs. Nearly too far gone to coat, we stabilized it with a Karnak acrylic base layer to fill voids and reinforce weak areas, followed by two coats of Karnak silicone. The system achieved a 20-year manufacturer warranty and restored watertight integrity to the building.
