Description

This historic post office suffered from years of severe leaks, forcing areas of the warehouse out of use. The main issue was poor flashing and coping. We encapsulated the building perimeter with spray polyurethane foam, bridging the gap between the roof membrane and parapet metal cap, then applied a two layer silicone coating with a 25 year warranty. Despite being one of the Bronx's busiest postal hubs, the project was completed with no disruption to daily operations.
