Description

Large-scale food distributer warehouse. This building had a leaking PVC roof system with two existing layers. This roof had a significant amount of ponding water causing excessive weight and poor working conditions for maintenance. We installed significant drainage across the roof, mitigated any water trapped between roof layers, and coated the roof, providing a 20 year no dollar limit warranty from GAF
