Description

This building was leaking at the front half of the roof in 2018 when it housed a dinette furniture store inside. We were able to stop the leaks and the coat the front half of the roof under a 25-year warranty. When the rear of the building starting leaking and the owner was in the middle of trying to rent the building to a new tenant, we were able to take action, coating the second half of the building using the same silicone system, seamlessly tying into the older coating. This put the rear of the building under the same warranty
