Description

This home had two layers of shingles installed and the second layer had reached the end of its usable life. We ripped both layers off and found numerous leaks that were not known to the homeowner! It seems that the roof was leaking just enough to rot the decking and some of the rafters but not enough to make it through the insulation and drywall of the second floor. We had to replace twelve sheets of plywood here and sister up a few rafters that were rotting before we were able to put the new shingle system back on. This hose is now leak-free and warrantied for a lifetime!
